Tuition Fee Inflation – 11.4% Increase over 4 years
Tuition costs began at $76,950 in 2022–23 and increased to $79,860 in 2023–24, marking a 3.78% rise. The following year, tuition rose to $82,455, a 3.25% increase from the previous year. By 2025–26, tuition reached $85,755, a further 4.00% jump. Overall, over the four-year period, tuition increased by $8,805, representing an 11.4% rise from the initial cost.
Living Expenses – 13.18% Increase over 4 years
Living expenses and housing costs also showed an upward trend. In 2022–23, these expenses were $36,198, increasing by 6.97% to $38,724 in 2023–24. The rise was more modest in subsequent years, with costs reaching $39,888 in 2024–25 (a 3.00% increase) and $40,971 in 2025–26 (a 2.72% increase). Cumulatively, living expenses rose by $4,773 over the four years, translating to a 13.18% overall increase.
Medical Insurance and Health Fees - 20.74% Increase over 4 years
Medical insurance and health fees started at $7,491 in 2022–23 and grew by 5.2% to $7,881 in 2023–24. In 2024–25, the fee climbed to $8,403, reflecting a 6.62% rise, and by 2025–26, it reached $9,045, an increase of 7.63%. Altogether, this category saw a total increase of $1,554 or 20.74% over the four years, the highest percentage rise among all categories.
Total Cost of Attendance – 12.54% Increase Over 4 Years
Consequently, the total cost of attendance grew from $120,639 in 2022–23 to $135,771 in 2025–26, an overall increase of $15,132 or approximately 12.54%.
